How soon will I get my car back?
Our production line approach significantly reduces cycle times compared to other shops. We’ll get you back on the road quickly, usually in no more than three or four days.
Why can’t I get an estimate over the phone?
Each vehicle is different, and when you bring yours in we’ll help you select the right service based on how long you plan to keep it, its age and condition, and your budget.
How will I know when I can pick up my car?
The manager will be updating you during the repair process. Once the vehicle goes through the detail department and passes final inspection, the manager will telephone you to let you know that you may pick up your vehicle.
Can I choose the shop I want to repair my vehicle?
Yes. Under California law you have the right to choose who repairs your vehicle. Nobody can force you to have your vehicle repaired at any particular shop.

Do I need to get three estimates?
No. There is no law that requires you to drive around and get three different estimates. Remember, you have the right to have your vehicle repaired at the facility of your choice.
How can I get a rental car?
We'll make arrangement through our rental car partners to deliver you a rental car at the best rate.
Will the insurance company guarantee the repair work?
Yes. Both EuroTech Collision Center and our partnered insurance companies provide a warranty.
Should I pay for an accident repair myself or let my insurance company handle it?
Due to rising insurance costs, more and more people are paying for minor accident repairs “out of pocket,” and we’re happy to discuss cost-saving options. We also have good relationships with all insurance companies, with whom we work on behalf of our mutual customers.
Who do I pay my deductible to and when?
When you pick up your vehicle and you are completely satisfied, that is when you pay Euro-Tech Collision Center your deductible.
What do I do after I file my claim with the insurance company?
Follow the instructions from your claim adjuster. Once your coverage is verified and liability has been accepted you can then make an appointment at the shop of your choice. Make sure to provide the body shop with a contact number and claim number of your insurance carrier.
Do you offer shuttle service?
Shuttle service is ONLY Monday through Friday from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. within a 10 mile radius.
What kind of cars do you repair?
We fix all makes and models. Specializing anywhere from work trucks to luxury vehicles.
What does it mean if my car is declared a "total loss"?
This means that either your vehicle is not cost effective to repair or that your vehicle cannot be repaired to pre-accident conditions.
Which is better for my vehicle — overall or spot painting?
Overall painting is often a great choice for restoring the surface of older vehicles. An older car has undergone significant depreciation, and a complete repainting can actually increase its value. Spot painting is the best way to protect the value of newer vehicles. We only paint where necessary, exactly matching that paint for a seamless repair.
Can you match the paint color exactly?
Yes. We take great pride in our ability to match factory finishes. Our expert technicians use the same paint and processes as the best dealers and body shops.
Can I change the vehicle’s color?
Yes, but in most cases it’s best to keep the current color. Painting the inside of the trunk lid, doors and hood is a time-consuming process and would add substantially to the cost.
Why can’t I view samples of your color options online?
The best way to view colors, and to achieve a perfect match, is in the correct light and with assistance from an expert consultant at your local Euro-Tech Collision center.
